1. The size of the box is 640x480mm, which meets the most basic ratio of 4:3 and the 320x160mm modules on the market are common; a box is universally covering mainstream product models.
2. Derived from the concept of a flat panel, the backside reduces the exposed redundancy of wires, and realizes the flat panel installation before full front maintenance itis less destructive to the original wall and saves space.
3. The independent packaging of the module and the box effectively reduces the bumping limitationofdeveloping to a smaller spacing, and satisfies the possibility of a smaller area and a denser display.
4. The force-bearing points of the mount are evenly distributed, no longer relying on the structure forwelding bearing capacity, and use a simple square pass or a dragon skeleton to punch and fix, which is convenient for the production and installation of the structure.
5. The debugging software is solidified on the receiving card. After the box is installed and powered on to send the program, the module is mounted and the module is tested and the complete screen is also displayed.
The cabinet can be quickly replaced with module of the pixel pitch from P1.25 to P2.5.
