During this time, we will replace or amend all our goods for free if there is something wrong with them.
We provide lifetime maintenance and charge only for the raw materials. We provide technology training for free, which contains the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in the factory.
We also provide the operation manual, software, test report and so on. Any associated CAD drawing on how to fix up the display and some other expert suggestion will be provided.
Technology Training:
1. We provide the technology training for free, which contains the operation training and maintenance training in the factory.
2. We will send our engineers to your country by negotiation.
Documents and Certification:

A1: P3 P8 means that the pixel pitch is 3mm 8mm, which determines the resolution of display. The pixel pitch is smaller, the led display resolution is higher.
Q2: What pixel pitch should I choose on my display?
A2: Using the PX screen, it is determined mainly by the viewing distance, the size of the display screen, the desired effect and the customer budget.
Q3: To order a display, what kind of information do I have to offer you?
A3: You should provide the width/height of LED display, the main use, the viewing distance, the scene photos, special requirements, so I can provide you with a detailed list of quotations.
Q4: How to install?
A4: Free of charge to provide detailed steel structure drawings and installation guidance and wiring diagram, free remote debugging. We can also send our engineers to the site to guide the installation if needed.
